How do I create a goal?

To create a goal, tap the Add icon at the top right corner of the screen.

What is the difference between "Goal" and "Todo for Day"?

When you create a goal, you need to choose between "Goal" and "Todo for day". If you choose "Todo for day", the app automatically fills daily goal settings in the category and deadline fields, allowing you to quickly set your goal and get started. Any other goals are long-term goals. You can specify the deadline and the category for these.

How do I add a category to my goal?

When you create a goal, simply tap the category name, which is set to General by default, and the list of categories will appear. You can select an existing category or create a new one.

How do I edit a category?

If you swipe left on the category name, the Edit and Delete buttons will appear. Tap the Edit button to reveal the category panel, where you can rename the category and change its color. When you are done editing, just tap the Create button and your changes will be saved.

What is the Archive?

When you have completed a lot of goals, the list can get too long! In order to keep your goals organized, you can add completed ones to your archive. The data from your archived goals will remain available—that means the information will stay in your statistics, and you can reactivate archived goals anytime, but they won’t appear on your goals list.

How do I edit, duplicate or delete a goal?

If you swipe left on a goal in the goals list, the Edit, Duplicate, Archive and Delete buttons will appear.

How do I add a task?

Tap a goal in the goals list to see the task list for that goal. Tap the Add Task button and the Add Task panel will appear. Here you can name the new task and designate a time for it by tapping the Time field. Specify hours and minutes using the time selector that appears, or choose from the predefined times below the Time field, including 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour and 1.5 hours.

How do I start the timer for a task?

Swipe left on a task in the task list. You will see the Start Timer icon (it looks like a play button) along with the Edit, Duplicate and Delete buttons. Tap the Start Timer icon to—you guessed it!—start the timer. The timer shows both the expected time and the actual time your task is taking. You can pause and resume time during a task, and choose Finish once you’re done.

How do I keep my device awake while the timer is running?

After you start the timer, at the top of the timer panel you will find a phone icon. If you touch that icon, your device won’t go to sleep. If you tap it again, the function will be switched off.

How do I edit, duplicate or delete a task?

When you swipe left on a task in the task list, the Start Timer, Edit, Duplicate and Delete buttons will appear.

How do I change the order of goals and tasks?

Touch and hold a task for two seconds, and then you’ll be able to drag it up or down the list.

How do I see statistics for a goal?

Tap the goal to see the task list. On the right side below the name of the goal, you will find the Statistics button, which will show you the details on your goal. You’ll be able to see how much time is needed to achieve the goal and how much time you’ve already spent. You can also see how many tasks are required and how many you’ve already completed. In addition, you can see the goal deadline and the time saved/time lost data, which shows how much time you’ve gained or lost compared to the time you expected to spend on the goal. Below the time and task statistics, you will find a diagram of your activity that shows how active have you been in the last week, month and six months.

What does time saved/time lost mean?

When you set a timeframe for a task and start the timer, you may not complete the task in exactly the amount of time that you planned. If the task takes longer than you expected, the extra time you spent is time lost. If you complete the task more quickly than you planned, you save time. The time you’ve saved and lost is represented by red and yellow bars around the circle diagram.

How do I see statistics on my activity?

When you are in the goal list you will see the Statistics icon at the top of the screen. Tap it to see data on your activity. For time period, you can select 1W (one week), 2W, 1M (one month), 3M or 6M. Within your chosen time period, you can see how many goals you achieved, how many tasks you completed and how many hours you spent on your goals. Below you will find your goal categories. This pie chart shows you which categories you have been active in. If you rotate your device to landscape mode, you will see a larger version of your activity diagram and a complete trend of your activity from the beginning.

When will I earn an award in achievements?

When you are in the goals list, tap the Achievement icon at the top of the screen. You will see a list of the awards you can earn and those you’ve already earned. Tap any of the awards to see details about it, including how can you earn that particular reward. For instance, you will earn a reward when you achieve your first and tenth goals, when you complete 100, 300 and 1000 tasks, and when you reach goals in more than five categories. There are 15 awards what you can earn.

How do I filter my goals?

In the goals list, tap the Menu icon at the top left corner of the screen and the list of categories will appear. If you choose one, the goals list will show only those goals in the selected category. At any time, you can tap Show All Categories to reveal all your goals again.
